kls4d ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") operates the online betting and casino service available at https://kls4d.app. As a platform that processes financial transactions and identity documents for Members based primarily in Indonesia, we understand that the responsible handling of personal data is fundamental to the trust our Members place in us.

• Publicly Available Sources: Where required to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, kls4d may cross-reference your identity details against publicly available sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP) databases.

kls4d processes your Personal Data only when there is a lawful basis to do so. The table below maps each processing purpose to its corresponding legal basis:

kls4d does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data to any third party for their own marketing purposes. We share Personal Data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Processors: We share the minimum necessary financial and identity data with our integrated payment partners (Indonesian bank gateways and e-wallet providers OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) solely to process your deposit and withdrawal instructions.

By registering with kls4d and submitting your Personal Data, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside Indonesia as described in this section, subject to the safeguards above.

kls4d retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory, licensing, or contractual obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where deletion is not technically feasible (for example, data stored in encrypted backup archives), the data is isolated from further active processing until the backup is overwritten in the normal course of operations.

kls4d uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including local storage, session storage, and pixel tags) to operate the Platform, maintain session security, analyse usage patterns, and personalise your experience. The categories of cookies we use are as follows:

kls4d is strictly an adult platform. The minimum age requirement for registration and participation is 21 years. kls4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21.

If kls4d discovers or is notified that it has inadvertently collected Personal Data from an individual under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the associated account, void any transactions, and permanently delete all Personal Data associated with that individual as promptly as technically possible.

However, certain game studios and payment providers integrated into our Platform may display their own branding or interface elements within iframes or embedded windows. kls4d is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party service accessed through these embedded interfaces.

If you navigate away from the kls4d Platform to any external website (for example, by manually typing a URL or following a link in an email), that website's own privacy policy will govern the collection and use of your data from that point. kls4d accepts no liability for the data practices of external sites or services.
