Access to kls4d is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the kls4d Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity card number (KTP), residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. kls4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without explanation. Account approval is at the sole discretion of the Platform.
Upon registration, you will be required to set a secure password. Passwords must meet the complexity requirements displayed during the registration process. kls4d recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to further protect your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any 2FA codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
kls4d will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from kls4d that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Any action taken through your account while using your login credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — will be treated as having been authorised by you. kls4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kls4d support immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be temporarily frozen while the matter is investigated.
kls4d processes all transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

Funds deposited into your kls4d account must be wagered at least once on any real-money game before a withdrawal of the equivalent amount may be requested. This requirement exists solely to prevent payment-processing abuse and is not a bonus wagering requirement.

kls4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
kls4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
kls4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Upon account closure (other than closure due to proven fraud or prohibited conduct), kls4d will return the Member's verified Real Money Fund balance to the payment method on record after deducting any amounts legitimately owed to the Platform. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting kls4d support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kls4d holds its international gaming licence.
Any disputes arising between you and kls4d shall first be submitted to kls4d's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days of submission, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by kls4d's licensing authority.
You agree that any legal proceedings brought against kls4d in connection with this Agreement shall be conducted in the language of this Agreement (English) and in the courts of competent jurisdiction as designated under kls4d's applicable licence.
kls4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, kls4d will provide at least 14 days' notice by posting the updated terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying Members via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the kls4d Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
